We provision email infrastructure, configure domain authentication, and give you a workspace to manage domains, mailboxes, orders, and billing. You run your campaigns in your preferred sending tool.
Can I bring my own domains?
Yes. Keep your domains in your registrar account, then add them to Nebuela through a supported host connection, a pasted list, or a file import. You can also ask our team about domain registration.
How does DNS setup work?
Choose a connected domain host, Cloudflare nameservers, or manual DNS records during setup. The available automation depends on your provider and chosen method. You review the domains and setup details before confirming.
How long does it take to get started?
Orders go through review and approval before provisioning. Timing depends on the provider, order size, and DNS propagation. Follow the status in your workspace and contact our team if you have a specific launch date.
Will it work with my sending tool?
Nebuela supports account connections for Instantly and Smartlead, plus formatted CSV exports for EmailBison and other tools. Connection options depend on the mailbox provider. You can also export available mailbox credentials.
Are warmup and campaigns included?
Warmup and campaign sending run in your sending platform. Nebuela supplies and manages the infrastructure. Fresh mailboxes still need an appropriate warmup and sending plan; inbox placement is not guaranteed.
Who manages the mailboxes and provider tenants?
Google and Microsoft mailboxes are provisioned into provider tenants that Nebuela operates. You manage your mailbox details and exports through your workspace. Provider-level administrator access and transfer arrangements should be confirmed with our team for your setup.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Google and Microsoft are billed per mailbox, per month. Dedicated SMTP is billed per domain, per month. Manage billing from your account. Review the terms and conditions and confirm any minimums, cancellation timing, and mailbox retention arrangements before purchase.
